A submission is not an acceptance
Submitting a review request does not create a gift, transfer any interest, obligate Mustard Farms to accept anything, or obligate you to proceed. Acceptance occurs only through a signed writing issued after governing-body review.
Accuracy of what you submit
You agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are the owner of the asset or authorized to act for the owner. Material omissions — particularly about debt, liens, title or environmental conditions — will end a review.
No promises about outcomes
We make no representation about acceptance, timing, a deduction or its amount, debt relief, transport, or any particular use or disposition of an accepted asset.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, automated submissions, malicious files, or material you do not have the right to share. We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion.
