How the review works
A donation review is a structured examination of a specific asset. It is not an appraisal, not a purchase offer, and not an acceptance.

You describe the asset
You tell us what you own, where it is, and roughly what shape it is in. Nothing is binding, and the conversation stays confidential.

Preliminary review
Our intake team looks at ownership, encumbrances, condition and carrying cost to determine whether a full review is warranted.
- 03
Professional review
Depending on the asset, review may include title, environmental, valuation, operational and legal work performed by qualified professionals.

Governing-body decision
Gifts that clear professional review go to the governing body. Acceptance is never automatic and is always documented in writing.
- 05
Transfer and stewardship
If a gift is accepted, transfer is completed through the appropriate professionals. Accepted gifts may be retained for approved charitable use or responsibly disposed of.
What a submission does not do
- It does not commit Mustard Farms to accept the asset.
- It does not transfer title, possession or responsibility.
- It does not create a deduction or establish any value.
- It does not obligate you to proceed at any point.
